Upcycled Ladies skirt size 11

I made this skirt from a pair of LEE lower raise waist jeans in women's size 11/12. I added two tiers of fabric. The length from waist to bottom tier is 20 inches. One of the tiers is pink with black polka dots cotton, and the other is hot pink and black zebra print cotton. The jean material is the stretch kind of jean. There was a hole on the front so I appliquéd a sugar skull over it. As this skirt is washed the skull may fray a little but it is very securely sewn on. The way I created the skirt gives it a slight taper above the ruffles.
