With a finished chest size of about 21", this cheerful cardigan should fit most babies aged 3 to 9 months. It's designed with a crew neck, drop shoulders, and a button front band. The colors can be varied as you wish, of course!

My finished cardigan was knitted with Caron Simply Soft yarn on a bulky machine with a ribber, but it could easily be knitted on a midgauge machine with hand-manipulated ribs.
