This sterling silver, hand woven ring is the focal for this stunner.  It measures 3/4 in (2.5 cm) across and is sterling silver woven with a basket weave.  Through the ring are hand picked pieces of sea glass in shades of green and white on sterling silver chain.  While the pieces of glass are free to slide in the ring, none of them are able to slip through giving you a constantly changing piece.

The glass drops measure about 3 inches from the bottom of the pendant, but keep in mind that because they slide, the drop measurement will vary.

This necklace comes ready to wear on a sterling silver chain held firm with a sterling silver spring clasp.  The chain currently measures 16 inches but can easily be adjusted to suit you.  Just leave me a note upon checkout and I will be happy to change the chain for you.

What is sea glass?  Well, sea glass, or beach glass is glass bottles that were long ago tossed into the sea as trash.  The glass was broken up and washed and sanded by the surf and sand until they are tossed back up onto the beach for treasure hunters to rediscover.  These one of a kind treasures are then made into one of a kind jewelry!  Each piece of glass at Makin the Best Of It has been hand picked off the beach and carefully turned into treasure one piece at a time.
