This is really really cute. It is 11 1/2 inches in diameter and made of heavy duty glass. It has alternating islands with palm trees, with pink flamingoes in between. The center dip bowl is removable and has the same pattern all around.

What a neat conversation piece at your dinner party or simply purchase it for a gift. (You know the person who has everything!) You can envision yourself on that tropical island cruise eating chips and guacamole! This is a very versatile bowl.

I have used enamel paints on this. It is painted, air cured and then baked to ensure duality. Even though it is dishwasher safe I recommend hand washing to keep it looking new. You should treat it like fine china.
