DESCRIPTION:

I first started making these ornaments in the early 80s and thought it was time to bring them back.
These St. Nicholas Ornaments are an original design of mine and each one is hand sculpted. I use no molds. Therefore each will vary in expression etc. which is the nature of handmade items.


MADE WITH:

Made with Sculpey and Super Sculpey Polymer Clay, acrylic paints and water based shellac were used. It is not meant to be a toy but to be used as decoration. It is pretty sturdy but will break and chip if not taken care of.


IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in the home in a temperature controlled room. Do NOT store in an attic or extremely hot environment.
Do not store wrapped in tissue paper because any heat and with time it may stick to that paper.
Store in a box out of harm's way.


ORNAMENT DETAILS:

These Ornaments are
Approximately 3 1/2 inches tall x 2 inches at widest point and 1/2 inch deep at deepest point.
They have hats with white hat puff and has been antiqued all over with light brown antiquing wash of color. They are finished off with a matte finish lacquer. The finishing touch is a gold satin picot ribbon hanger.
