Misshepezhieu, the Great Lynx, the spirit of the water. Misshepezhieu could work for or against humans – he could calm the waters, or he could bring wind and storms by thrashing his tail.

This sunning fused glass plate features the pictograph of Misshepezhieu, found in Lake Superior Provincial Park.

It is made with clear sheet glass and blue, grey and russet glass powder, fused to gether in an kiln, cleaned and ground, then refired to obtain its shape. It is glossy on the front and matte on the back.

Dimensions are approximately 6" accross x 3/8" high.
