Shipping

I ship the next working day USPS First Class Ground by 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time. I will email you to confirm the shipping date. This also lets you know I have received your order. Your package should arrive in 3 to 5 business days within the United States. Orders received after that time will ship in the next day's mail. The Christmas holiday may lengthen the shipping time. Orders received after 12/19/2017 cannot be guaranteed to arrive by 12/25/17. Please reply to confirm receipt of shipment. I ship USPS First Class ground only. I will assume your Handmade Artists account address is the shipping address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide their correct shipping address. Items are shipped plastic bagged in a manila envelope.

Refund & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my goal. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, send me an email as a heads up. Then, send the item to me via USPS First Class ground with tracking. Email me with the tracking number and expected delivery day. When I receive the return I will refund the full purchase price and original shipping cost, no problem. I've never had any complaints in the past but if you have any, please email me and we will work it out. My return address is Top Drawer Threads, 13725 SW Far Vista Dr., Beaverton, OR 97005. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Marked as gift If you mark the order as a gift, I will not include the price on the invoice/packing slip but the pricing will still be visible on international customs forms because the total price of the order must be written on the custom forms by law even for gifts.
