Hi. We are Debbie and John, buckskin and beadwork artists living outside Sedona, Arizona in a little community called Cornville. We have been working with leather and beads for more than twenty years now. We truly enjoy making beautiful pieces of functional art for our customers and always hope you enjoy your new creation as much as we enjoy making it for you. Shipping

We ship USPS priority and first class within the United States with tracking and delivery confirmation. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do ship international,if you don't see shipping to your country in our shipping profile please contact us for shipping cost to your location.You will be responsible for any fees, taxes, or other import charges due on your end. We don't know how long it takes for a package to arrive at your location. The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery conformation on international shipping. If you ask us to ship internationally it is at your risk. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items or packages that get hung up in customs. You need to be familiar with customs rules and regulations in your country. Please be sure your PayPal address is correct. Refund & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition within 7 days and we will make you another one or you can exchange it for something else in our store. Our top priority is that you are happy with your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Made to order items: Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to ship, sometimes sooner. You will not receive the piece you see in the photos, we will make one similar for you. The hides are not treated and we don't recommend that you treat the leather. All of the hides we use are one of a kind and unique. The color and texture of each hide will vary. Elk hides are a product of nature, blemishes and scars are part of the natural character of the leather. From time to time a particular color of leather may become temporarily unavailable. You may choose a different color from any of the listings you see in our store. When you purchase any item that is made to order it will not be exactly as the one you see in the picture. Because each hide is different and unique the lids and overlays on the shoulder bags and handbags will not be the same as the made to order picture, no two bags are ever the same. We will do our best to accommodate what you have chosen. Please note that the suede side of the elkskins that we use may shed a little leather dust that is created in the making of the piece. This is unavoidable and will stop after a while. We do our best to blow off the dust after the item is finished but sometimes more appears later. Please consider this when purchasing our work. If you see an item you like and would like it in a different color, size or style, please contact us. We make many things not offered here. We will work with you.
