| Where Will We Ship?
Sweet Peas & Pumpkins ships worldwide via Canada Post. What Address Will We Use? I will ship to the address listed on PayPal. If you'd like me to ship to an alternate address, please let me know. When Will Your Order Ship? Orders of in-stock merchandise will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. You will be notified as soon as your item ships. Please note, if paying with a personal cheque, your purchase will ship once the cheque has cleared. How Will Your Order Arrive? To save you cost, all orders will be shipped via bubble (cushioned) mailer. Once you open the envelope, you'll find your new treasure inside a keepsake bag. Should you need an alternative format - gift wrap, box, etc - please contact me and I'll be glad to figure out the best solution with you. How Long Will it Take & How Much Will It Cost? Unless specified, all standard orders will ship via surface mail. Standard Shipping Windows and Fees: Within Canada (regular lettermail): 3-5 business days To the U.S. (small packet): 6-12 business days Internationally (small packet): $6 shipping fee, 4-6 weeks. Please note, International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, tariffs, etc. applicable. If you need your shipment more quickly or would like to include tracking/insurance, please let me know directly and we can discuss the best arrangement/work out the appropriate pricing. |
