Shipping

SMALL Art Products: $6 (estimate) I ship using USPS set rate box priority . The price for added Insurance is an extra charge LARGE Art Products: $15 (estimate) Priority mail or UPS, with delivery confirmation and insurance. On very large Art Products UPS will do the professional packaging and the cost for it will be reflected in the shipping charges. RECYCLING: I do recycle CLEAN materials such as padding, peanuts, envelopes, and boxes. *** I will combine shipping to save you money whenever it is possible. There will be situations were it cannot be done to protect the actual Art Product. In regards to shipping cost, most of my shipping cost include the charge for professional packaging by UPS as I like for you to receive an undamaged item. Otherwise you will pay just actual shipping plus Insurance cost I do not inflate those costs. The estimates I have provided are just that - estimates. Please email me your zip code and I will be happy to quote exact shipping cost. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days. Make sure I have the correct shipping address so a tracking number can be used on each order.

Refund & Exchanges

I am producing one of a kind handmade, custom made items. All of my Handmade in Wyoming Art products are handmade articles made for future sale. They do not qualify for a refund from PayPal. However, Whispering Elk Creations wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. You must contact us within 2 days of received date to request a Refund. Item must be returned in it's original condition (it cannot have been washed, altered, broken or used) pictures must be provided if the item is defect or broken in transit for the Insurance Company. It must be returned in the Original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance. A refund will be issued back to the PayPal account if the item is received in its Original condition. If the item smells of cigarette/cigar smoke or of animal odors a 25% cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping & insurance fees are not refunded. We ship all items insured, should any damage occur thru transport by the USPS or UPS, we will file a claim for you and issue a refund. Pictures of the damage are required by the Shipping companies. Money that is refunded, will be returned in the manner it was paid, in full, minus the original shipping charges.

If you are interested in Custom orders, please message me and we will work out the details! Due to the resin casting process, small imperfections in the finish may exist due to the curing process. These imperfections occasionally manifest as tiny holes or pitting but, most of the time are hardly noticeable. Testimonials: When I place my orgonite beneath my pillow I fall asleep easier and faster and sleep sounder. I also wake more rested because of a good nights sleep. I carry my organite in my pocket during the day. I recently had a sinus infection, which is a chronic condition, especially in the summer when the smoke from forest fires fills the air. But this time it wasn't as bad or as painful as usual. I feel this may be due to the organite. Cheryl W. I didn’t know much about Orgone energy. Ronda allowed me to take the pendant for a trial. The pendant’s energy is strong. The first night I used it, I put it under my pillow and I woke up with a caffeine type headache. Despite the morning headache, I had a very good night’s sleep. Because I felt it was too strong, I put the pendent across the room on a dresser and left it there. I have experienced a change in my sleep pattern and am know sleeping between 5-6 hours each night instead of the 3-4 I was getting each night. I have not had the headaches return. Rita L.
