Since color settings may vary on every computer, we recommend the purchase of samples. Samples are generally overruns from previous orders and cannot be customized. {Pricing} The pricing for items in the shop are as indicated in the listing. To determine the total cost of your order, simply multiply the listing price by the number of items you desire, i.e., if you desire 100 invitations please multiply the price of the item by 100 to arrive at your total cost . Please also ensure that you place your desired unit amount in the quantity section when placing your order. Please keep in mind that there are additional services available that, if selected, will affect the total price. If you find a design that you wish to purchase, simply contact us to receive your quote. A $100 deposit will be required to begin work. A "Reserved Listing" will be created for you to make your purchase and an invoice will be sent to you via email. After the deposit is received the formatting and proofing process will begin. Once the final proof is approved the remaining balance will be due, payable via a second "Reserved Listing". Production of your order will begin once full payment is received. {Printing} Printing is included in the listing price, unless otherwise stated, i.e., for digital designs. Soiree by Panache Design uses a solid ink printer. Solid ink is a proven color printing technology offered by Xerox. A solid ink printer uses solid blocks (similar to crayons) of no-mess, non-toxic ink instead of toner or ink jet cartridges. The ink is instantly fused onto the paper using heat and pressure producing crisp images on various paper types. Because toner and ink jet ink soak into paper during the printing process, smudging and image distortion can occur. Using solid ink, we are able to print on metallic or matte paper, smudge-free. {Instant Discount} If you place an order with Soiree by Panache Design, you will receive 10% off all stationery suite additions including but not limited to save-the-dates, programs, menus, announcements, and place cards. If you place your initial order with us for your save-the-dates, then the %10 discount will be applied to the final invitation invoice.

Payment

We only accept PayPal and credit card payments via web for purchases. We do not accept checks of money orders.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address indicated in your purchase order. Please make sure to verify your address as you are making your purchase, as we do not cross-reference the address with your PayPal address. If the item is being shipped to a different address, for example being given as a gift, please leave a note to seller. You will receive an email when the order has left our studio along with the tracking number so that you will know when to expect your order. Generally an order can be processed and produced within 5-7 business days. Please add an additional 2-5 business days for domestic shipping. Please note that during the holidays and other busy mailing times of the year, it may take an additional 2 days to receive your order. Every effort will be made to complete and deliver your designs to you as soon as possible. Items Lost or Damaged in Transit - Once an order is placed in the mail, it becomes the responsibility of the USPS. Soiree by Panache Design does not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If the USPS damages or loses the order, Soiree by Panache Design IS NOT liable for the loss. In addition, Soiree by Panache Design WILL NOT be held responsible for orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses or mail system delays. Items are not considered lost until 30 days after the shipment date.

Refund & Exchanges

Because we offer truly customized products Soirée by Panache Design items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on our end we will replace the item free of charge. Please be aware that Soirée by Panache Design does our best to represent the colors of all products in our pictures. All computer monitors display images in RGB format (each calibrated differently) and all Soirée by Panache Design printing is done in CMYK format, so a slight color variation from your computer screen to the actual print job may occur.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Our Proofing Policy - as a custom design business, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order before it goes to print. However, please note that all orders are limited to two proofs. Should any additional proofs be required for an order beyond the first two, a $25.00 fee will be charged. Printable Designs Policy - once a printable order has been approved and delivered to the customers email, no more editing/customization by Soirée by Panache Design will occur. Should the customer decide that they would like additional customization to their order, they will have to repurchase the item at the purchase price. Copyright Ownership & Protection Policy - All work and proof rights remain with Soirée by Panache Design, unless other arrangements have been agreed to prior to the commencement of work. As the designer of the works, the works are the intellectual property of Soirée by Panache Design. In addition, we will also safeguard the copyrights of other artisans to the best of our ability. We advise our clients to refrain from using photos, quotes, poems, etc. unless they have been given permission to do so. Soirée by Panache Design will accept these materials from clients under their assertion that the provided materials legally belong to them and is not responsible for any copyright violations from usage of customer supplied material.
