Payment

Payment is due at checkout. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a credit or debit card purchase.

Shipping

WE SHIP TO THE CUSTOMER'S ADDRESS SPECIFIED ON THEIR HANDMADE ARTISTS/PAYPAL ACCOUNT. All items are shipped via USPS and packaged to protect them from damage. PABD Elegance cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to the postal services. Please review your Handmade Artists and/or Paypal address to ensure the address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address information. Re-shipment will incur additional shipping fees at the buyer's expense. Refunds will only be issued if the item is received by PABD Elegance in sellable condition. All purchases will ship with tracking and delivery confirmation information. For rush delivery orders, please contact for additional information. I am happy to accommodate, but this will incur additional shipping fees. **For Philadelphia Area Residents** The estimated shipping speed is between 1-2 business days.

Refund & Exchanges

In the unlikely event the buyer is not please with the purchase, I am happy to exchange the purchased item with a new design of your choice and of equal value. It's imperative to include a reason for the exchange so that I can better accommodate your desires. Returns ~ The buyer has 10 business days to return the item in its original condition for a full refund minus shipping costs. Custom items cannot be return, but they can be exchanged. Exchanges ~ The buyer has 10 business days to exchange the item upon delivery confirmation. Exchange items must be in their original state as designed. If the exchanged item arrived to the buyer as damaged, we'll make concerted efforts to replace the purchase with the same card design as long as supplies are in stock. Otherwise, it will be substituted with a design of equal value and of your choice. Buyers will pay shipping costs for exchanges while PABD Elegance, LLC will pay the cost to ship the new purchase to the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Slight variations in color, stamping impressions, or paper cut may occur due to the cards are made by hand. This is not viewed as a flaw, but rather part of the unique design and characteristic of handmade cards. In addition, I use various manufacturers' rubber stamps in creating my designs. If the rubber stamp image was created by me, I will indicate this on the listing. Please note that all backs of cards are stamped with the company's "Handmade By" signature. PABD Elegance may offer a custom made envelope due to special card dimensions. This will be indicated in the listing.
