Welcome to Oakleigh Expressions. We are two sisters who combined our creative talents to make detergent free glycerin soap, hand painted ceramic items, crocheted accessories, and a variety of other hand crafted creations.

We love PayPal.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, all items ship USPS. Large orders will be combined when possible to arrive at the most cost effective shipping method. Convo us for shipping prices on multiple orders.
Do to the nature of the product, most individual orders will require a minimum 24-48 hours lead time before they are ready to be packaged. Soap takes time and cannot be rushed. Most individual orders will be shipped on the 3rd or 4th day after payment is received. We do not ship between holidays and weekends; orders made the weekday before a holiday will ship the next Monday. Large orders will have a longer lead time as stated in their descriptions.

Refund & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not available.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We work with bases that include Aloe Vera and Olive Oil, Coconut Milk and Shea Butter. Shea Butter is not recommended for people with nut or latex allergies. (We are able to use Coconut and Shea because they have not caused our allergic family member any reactions. If you have a nut or latex allergy, please consult your allergist before use of these products.)

We operate a peanut-free facility and are unable to offer any products containing the following additives: almond, argan oil, Brazil nut oil, macadamia nut, pecan or walnut.
Also, we will not be reordering lavender, patchouli, tea tree, first rain or desert sage.

Every soap is unique, color, scent and pattern variations will occur. Fragrances containing Vanilla may darken over time. Fragrances containing Vanilla are marked with an asterisk (*).
Color names are based on the colorant used.
Our soaps are made in micro-batches with colorant added by hand each run. Large orders will contain soaps from multiple batches. Some color variations can be expected between soaps within a large order.

During warmer seasons, glycerin soaps may form 'beads' on the surface of the soap. This is both normal and harmless, and soap will return to normal when cooled. To avoid 'glycerin beading' we have individually wrapped each soap.
To extend the life of your soap, do not allow soap to sit in a puddle or under running water. For best results, set soap on a dry cloth or nylon scrubber between uses.
Pictures used may contain coins, measure tape and crayons. These are for reference only and are not part of the sale.
