Payment

I accept payment through PayPal. FINANCING AVAILABLE! Simply check out using PayPal, and click on the "Bill me later" option. You will get 6 months to pay with 0% interest, and I can mail your new garment to you the next day!

Shipping

All items are mailed via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and tracking number. I will provide you with the tracking number as soon as your order is ready to be mailed. If you would like an express delivery, please email me. I combine shipping, so PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS AT ONCE WILL SAVE YOU ON SHIPPING! Please contact me and I can give you a quote. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international orders will be shipped USPS First Class Package International, with delivery times varying from 6-20 days, depends of the country destination. PLEASE CONTACT ME and I CAN GIVE YOU A QUOTE on the shipping cost to your country from the USPS Postage Price Calculator. The tracking/confirmation number will be tracked on the territory on the USA only. The customers living outside the USA is responsible for paying any international customs’ fees, VAT and other fees. As required by law all customs paperwork will include the contents of your order.

Refund & Exchanges

If the item doesn't meet your expectations I DO accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Once the garment is received and checked, I will refund your purchase cost. Note that shipping cost is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Additional Policies and FAQs

RESERVATION: I do reservation up to 48 hours WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. In case a customer wants to reserve a specific item for MORE than 48 HOURS, a DEPOSIT of $20 is REQUIRED. After the deposit is received, the item is reserved up to 10 days. After 10 days the customer should contact me to arrange a PAYMENT PLAN before the reservation expire. If the item is neither paid in full nor payment plan set up during the reservation period, THE ITEM WILL BE RE-LISTED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE HOLD AS YOUR CREDIT IN THE SHOP that you can use at any time with purchasing another garment. PAYMENT PLAN: A garment from my shop can be purchased via a PAYMENT PLAN, which would split the total cost into a few partial payments, the typical payment plan consist of one payment per one or two weeks with 2-5 payments total. I will ship the entire order at once when all payments are received and items are paid in full. Items purchased via payment plan fall under the regular return and exchange policy. I DO NOT set up a payment plan during a HOLIDAY SEASON. CUSTOM ORDER: NO returns on custom altered items. I DO NOT ACCEPT CUSTOMER ORDERS!
