Welcome and thank you for MMD - Maryanne Murphy Designs and supporting handmade.

Everything in my shop is designed and handmade by myself in Atlanta, Georgia USA.

I take great pride in the craftsman ship of everything I create and love what I do, and It is vitality important to me that you love what you have purchased.

Here is a little more information about my policies.

Payment

PAYMENT: is through PAYPAL. You may also use a credit card as a PAYPAL option

Please Note: I will NOT begin to create your item until payment has been received. Processing times do not begin until payment has been received.

Shipping

SHIPPING: I ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service 1st Class. Drop shipping of your gift is also available. Just enter the information at check out in the "message to buyer"

When I ship directly to you, please note that I ship to the address that is indicated on your PayPal account so I can be covered under PayPal’s protection policy. I cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please double check to verify that the shipping address is correct and current. Should a package be returned to me, you the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges for me to reship the package to you.

Refund & Exchanges

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Personalized items: No refund is given becasue you will authorize a proof be I create your item (s)
Non-personalized items: 100% money back guarantee is offered for 7 days from receipt of delivery. Your satisfaction with your purchase is my priority.

Shipping the returned item to me will be the Buyer's responsibility. For your safety, I recommend that any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. Once I have received the item(s) (in perfect condition) I can refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you. You will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion.

You will be refunded you money minus shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of item returned.

Custom Orders are NOT returnable!!

CUSTOM ORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS:

A purchase of a CUSTOM ORDER for $15.00 is required. Payment in full is required after we have completed the design process and you sign off on the proof to be created.

Your order will be shipped PRIORITY MAIL.
