Hi Everyone, We are Ann and Don. Welcome to our shop. In honor of the two greatest friends in the whole wide world we are going to donate a portion of our sales to their favorite charity. God bless you my friends! We started beading about a year ago and started giving the jewelry we had made to our friends and family members as well as our daughters and granddaughters. They enjoyed the jewelry so much and we enjoyed making it so much we decided to sell our handmade pieces online. The designs and patterns we use are not ours but, what we buy, get out of magazines or download off line. Don mostly does the online work, but does however make jewelry as well. He does the wire work and the peyote work. We are always looking for new patterns and designs to do and, are buying new beads and findings to work with. We are learning new ideas everyday. We work very hard to make our jewelry the very best it can be. We hope you enjoy the jewelry you buy from us and will come back often to check out all of our new items. Payment

Payment is due at time of purchase. We will accept payment through Paypal, Personal Check and Money Order.( Email for details for mailing of checks and money orders ) We will not ship your order until your personal check or money order clears the bank. This could take several days. Depending on how long it takes your bank. International sales: Please contact us directly to discuss payment and shipping information.

Shipping

We usually try and ship within 3 business days. Most of the time it will be 2 to 3 days but sometimes we need 3 days because of the Holidays. We hope you will understand. We will get your order just as soon as possible. Your item or items will also be mailed with a delivery conformation so we know your item or items arrived at the correct mailing address and also arrived in a timely manner. We will also provide the delivery conformation number to you so you will be able and see were your package is at as it is on its way to you.

Refund & Exchanges

We Want you to be very pleased with the items you purchase from us. However we realize sometimes things don't fit the way they should or they aren't what you are expecting. Therefore, we will give you 3 business days from the date it shows on the delivery confirmation when your item was delivered to contact us and let us know you would like to return your item. If you should decide to return your item, then you will need to pay for the return postage with delivery confirmation. This is so you and I can both keep track of were the item is. Also, the item can not be damaged in anyway. Once we receive the item and determine there is no damage to the item then we will happily issue a refund to you. We can not be responsible for any lost items. As you can see. We are trying our very best to see the item does not get lost.

How to measure and determine correct bracelet size 1. Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure or thin strip of paper just below the wrist ( below the bone is after your wrist bone, towards your hand. ) Wrap the tape or paper around the cuff of your wrist. 2. Get the circumference of the wrist. If you are using a strip of paper, mark the spot where the paper meets the other end. Measure the distance between the spots with a ruler. 3. Add one inch to the measurement for teens and adults. After adding the one inch compare your measurements with the chart below to determine your bracelet size.
