Welcome

I have been making jewelry, perfumes, lotions, scrubs, soaps and other essential beauty items for more than 40 years. I have always offered my items as gifts, and in rare cases such as fund raising, have sold them. I have not, until now, even considered selling "my metal and stone children." I came to the conclusion that I needed to do something when both my daughter-in-law and granddaughter had more jewelry than they knew what to do with. I personally didn't see a problem with boxes of gems, but then I do so love jewelry! Sorry, I digress. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I enjoy having you, and I hope you'll come back often!

Payment

If you cannot complete your payment immediately, please let me know as I re-list any unpaid items each morning. If there are additional items (e.g., shipping upgrades, earrings, etc.) be sure to add that to your comments section and I will send you and invoice. I only accept PayPal. I'm sorry if that makes investing in a Little Secrets original difficult, but that is the only method of payment I accept. I will accept layaway with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The full amount must be paid within 90 days of the original date of sale. If you live in Mississippi I will have to charge 7% sales tax. Shipping to other states will not have taxes attached.

Shipping

PACKAGING: Please note the following: 1. Prior to boxing your Little Secrets purchase I will wrap it in paper specifically made to protect it from tarnish 2. Your necklace will arrive ready for gift giving in a delightfully decorated box with gold ribbon. I ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance within 2 days of your purchase. If any delay is anticipated, I will advise you immediately. PayPal REQUIRES that I ship to the address you have on file with them, so please check and double check to be certain that the address you request is the address you have with PayPal. I will also ship international priority and domestic overnight. If you are interested in this, please let me know and I will see if overnight is available in your area (not always possible to get overnight depending on zip code) and let you know the costs of both choices. I do not ship international packages as gifts.

Refund & Exchanges

Exchanges are welcomed within 7 days of receipt. However, the piece must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received. Worn, broken and/or damaged pieces will be returned to you. Also, I do not refund any shipping costs, nor do I wave shipping on the exchanged item. There will be a 30% re-listing and restocking fee on all returns. All layaway sales are final.
