Shipping

We offer free shipping on ALL our items inside the continental USA ONLY. Outside the USA: please email us for a proper shipping quote, before you make your purchase. Please include your zip code. All items will be shipped within 7 to 14 business days once your payment has cleared. UNLESS it's a custom order. We take great care in packing your items and do our best to make sure that your packages arrive to you in a timely manner. We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped via email and send you a Confirmation number. Most of our items are shipped USPS parcel post or UPS ground

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: At jdwallington’s we make every effort to ensure your on-line shopping experience with us is a pleasant one, in the event you have a problem with your order, our greatest desire is to resolve the problem, as quickly and painless as possible. Most of the items we carry are handmade or one of a kind, IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED OR WE FAIL TO DESCRIBE IT PROPERLY we offer you two options, replace your item with an item of equal value or a cash refund All: glassware, pottery, stoneware, or other wise highly breakable items are shipped insured. Rules of conduct: # 1 (We will give no refund due to buyer’s remorse) Let me explain- ( buyer's remorse) you see the item on our website, you read the description, you like it, you want it, so you make your purchase. The item arrives in a timely manner, it is not damaged in any way, it is the item you seen in the photo, BUT now that you have it, you changed your mind, and you don't want it - this is called Buyer's Remorse So Please feel free to email or call us with any questions or concerns you may have about our product, before you make your purchase, also take the time to view our video below. # 2 The buyer must make contact with in 3 days from the time you receive your package.
