Welcome to Handmade by Hensley! We are a small family of makers, crafters, and hobbyists. Our products are handmade, imperfect and one of kind; meaning, no two items are alike. We take pride in the things we make and hope you love them as much as we do!

Payment

PayPal and Venmo. Personal checks and cash are not accepted. Payment must be received before product is shipped. A 6.75% sales tax is included in total price.

Shipping

We only ship within the U.S. (we ship to Alaska and Hawaii with additional shipping charges, depending on size and weight of product). No international shipping. Shipping prices vary and are determined based on location, weight, and size of product. We cannot guarantee that items will not be damaged in shipping. We do everything we can to package and ship items with care to their destination.

Refund & Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing an item from Handmade by Hensley. Artwork that is damaged by shipping qualifies for a refund-minus the shipping costs. A picture of damage, description and request must be submitted to the email below within 1 week of arrival. You may send questions or damaged inquiries to handmadebyhensley.2@gmail.com

Additional Policies and FAQs

Handmade by Hensley and any of its associated crafters or makers reserve the right to accept, cancel, or decline any order in our sole discretion. Apron sizes are generally one-size fits all. Customer Information: We value our customers and their information. Customer service and ethical business practices are important to us. You have our guarantee that your private information is kept confidential and will not be sold or used in any matter except to communicate, ship and process your order. Custom Orders: Handmade by Hensley does not make custom orders.
