I strive to make the highest quality products that I can. I use organic and food-grade ingredients in my soap where possible. All of the baskets are handwoven by me; no two are exactly alike. I am happy to take custom orders of all of the products I make, including the knitted scalemaille.

Payment

I currently accept PayPal. Please contact me at grumpygnomenaturals@ for alternate payment arrangements.

Shipping

Baskets and soap currently in my inventory will be shipped out within 3 business days. Custom order baskets and knitted scalemaille will generally be shipped within 7 business days. Custom order soap may take two to four weeks, allowing for cure time. I will contact you within 48 hours if there will be any delay in this timeline and to confirm soap ship date.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I love custom orders! If you see a style of basket you like, but would like in a different color, please let me know. I dye much of the reed myself, so I'm happy to try to match the color you have in mind. I am also happy to create custom soaps and soap scents; please keep in mind that because I use therapeutic-grade essential oils and food-grade ingredients some scents may be more expensive (Rose, Jasmine, Sandalwood, etc.) or not possible (lilac, for example). If you'd like a custom knitted scailmaille piece, please note that I'll need specific measurements. Email me for further information.
