SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped once payment has cleared. With made to order items, please contact us about turn around time. We will send a notification once your purchase is on its way!!! DOMESTIC ORDERS: Domestic Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation to protect both you and me. If your purchase does not arrive, we will take care of it! INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class also but with no confirmation number or insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase contact me prior to checkout and I will add the postage to your order. *If you decline to have this extra service added to your international package, I cannot be held responsible for stolen packages, damages occurring during the shipping process, undelivered items or custom fees. I take extra care when packaging international orders so your items remain safe during their journey. If you would like to see proof of shipment we would be happy to provide you with that. International Clients: You are responsible for knowing the customs laws for your country and are responsible for paying any tariff fee's. We cannot be held responsible for these fees. We mark the valued amount on the proper paperwork. It is illegal for us to mark it as a gift. We ship and package with as much recycled materials as we can and all jewelry includes gift box.
