I work primarily with natural gemstones, glass crystals, Swarovski Crystals with copper, brass, non tarnishing silver filled wire, gold coated wire and silver wire. When working with gemstones, the rock dictates the design. I am only the instrument that listens to what the gemstone wants to become, which is why no two items will ever be the same. Payment

Payment through PayPal is expected immediately following your purchase. Please make sure you have the correct address on your PayPal account. I accept Paypal which is fast, free and secure. I also accept money orders

Shipping

I will ship within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of order through Pay pal. If paying with a money order I will ship your item upon clearance of your payment via US Postal Service first class shipping with delivery confirmation or flat rate for orders of two or more pieces. Shipping insurance is recommended but will be at the expense of buyer. All orders can be expedited at customers request and expense. Please convo me when requesting this. For custom orders, shipping can take up to two weeks to ship and will only be started once payment is obtained

Refund & Exchanges

I want you to be happy and love your piece of jewelry therefore if you do not love or are happy with the item purchased, I will happily refund your purchase price (excluding shipping fees) upon its safe return. In order for me to return your purchase price for the item it needs to be returned in its original condition, package, and unused. Shipping the item back will be at the cost of the buyer. ,Custom orders: Prices for custom orders vary based on materials used. I will gladly do custom work, and will start your piece only after we come to a mutual agreement on the design, materials, and price.
