Payment

We currently accept payments only through the PayPal Secure System. International Buyers> If you reside outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes - these are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If a shipment is rejected because of customs charges or refusal to accept delivery, the buyer will be fully responsible for any fee incurred, including international shipment and handling. Delays> We offer a 3 day space as a flexible option to effect payment of your order. Pending account settlement on the 4th day implies order cancellation and relisting of the item(s) ordered. Cancellations> Cancellations are applicable within one day after account settlement at most and under the condition that the order has not been forwarded to the post office. In this case we fully rebate the total value paid through reverse paypal transaction.

Shipping

Preset Options & Delivery Time> We ship worldwide and offer three fully automated options. 1. Shipment (Post: Standard & Registered Mail) 2-3weeks 2. Premium Shipment (Post: Express, Priority & Registered Mail) – 2-5 B.Days extra cost 35$ Delays> Once the order has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the postal services, security or customs checking or by Force Major. Of course, if such delay occurs, we will do our best to provide the buyer with any updates available from the postal service. Handling Time> Our handling time varies from 1 to 5 business days (from payment receipt) depending on stock availability, production schedule and handicraft work-flow of custom orders. However, we take all possible steps to ship the regular orders promptly. Customs> We are not responsible for any import duties applied by customs of your country even if you request “gift” marking. Gift marking is a practice that we typically don’t line with. In case of registered value (insurance), the odds are the package to be checked and cleared through. Flexibility & Extra Options> >Choosing another shipping option We love to be flexible and we suggest you to send us any special shipping requests (prior to check out), provided that the preset option is an issue for you. >Insurance In case you would like to fully secure the collection of your order you should consider that extra charges are applied. Reclaiming your order in the event of delivery failure, though it’s a scarce case, is crucial and necessitates compliance with the established post insurance practice that covers both sides. An approximate idea of surcharge is reading as following: 2.60 € (standard fee) plus 0.5% € on the item(s) value. Final value subjects to currency exchange rates on the day of transaction. Choosing insurance as a premium shipment service you get Delivery Confirmation Service for free. >Delivery Confirmation Delivery confirmation is a service that helps both sides to validate the whole sale process especially when reclaim or return issues come up. We share the extra cost of this service for just 0.60 € per package (Final value subjects to currency exchange rates on the day of transaction).

Refund & Exchanges

Conditions> We accept returns within 3 days after the collection of your order provided that: 1. The item (/s) is in its initial condition with no damages or parts' losses. 2. You have previously applied for delivery confirmation, as far shipment (extra charge requiring further communication after checking out) 3. You are willing to bear the return shipment cost. Should you meet all of the above conditions, we refund both in money or item exchange. Precautions> We are not happy to receive return inquiries under the notion that we likely didn’t manage to satisfy you and stand up to your expectations. If you don’t feel sure about your selections, we recommend you to mail your queries before placing your order so that we advise you in return.
