Welcome to dolly's designs. I for years sold numerous hand crafted items from a variety of fields. The head of the New York Folk Art Society told me that my items were true Folk Art, I may bring back some of those to sell here. I have in the past made some primitives there may be a little of that. There will be many one of a kind items because I like to sell something that no one else will have. They may be from same pattern but no two will be made exactly alike. I am excited to be here at Handmade Artists. It is a great outlet to showcase our designs. We will have all sorts of original one of a kind items to choose from. Hand sculpted, paper mache, wonderful unusual crocheted items, hand painted just too numerous to mention. We will have sewn items from vintage patterns I will let you know the years. Shipping

I will ship flat rate or priority mail. If you like I will insure your package Because I can not be responsible for what happens to your item after it leaves me. Some of the handcrafted items such as clay, paper mache or fragile items I would insist that they are insured for your protection. I realize the shipping is expensive now and that is a situation that we can not change but will try to make it as inexpensive as possible.

Refund & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return any item within 7 days. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving at dollhappy@bellsouth.net and remember that the merchandise has to be shipped to us in same packaging and the same unused condition as you received the merchandise in from us. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. There will be no refund on shipping charges. The email will state other instructions should there be any. Additional Policies and FAQs

You may wonder why sometimes the price for what seemingly is the same type of item is different. The reason behind that is material costs. Sometimes I find fabric, materials etc. at a better price. I will pass that savings along to you. Other times I see a piece and it may even cost twice as much but I will only add a little extra to cover some of the cost. I take great pride in every item that I sell and want to know that someone out there is getting an item that I would myself be proud to own. That is my guarantee to you.
