Welcome and glad you found my shop where I express myself making stone decoupaged coasters, lampwork bead bracelets, religious icons, glass tile pendant necklaces and more. I look forward to the opportuinty to make something for you. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me. I also have several other online shops and am in a Texas storefront store. Payment

I accept Paypal only. Texas residents will pay 8.25% If you have not paid for your purchase by 24 hours I am sorry but I will return it back to my shop. Please do not hesitate emailing me if you have any questions.

Shipping

I ship usps with flat rate boxes priority or bubble envelopes first class. Which ever is the most economical. Saturdays and Sundays I do not ship out. I will contact you with a confirmation # so you can know that I have shipped it. I am sorry but I do not ship out of the USA. Handmade coasters will be mailed in flat rate USPS boxes and each coaster will be individually wrapped in the box.

Refund & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase please email me. Customer service is important to me and I will be happy to work with you. You can mail the package back at your expense and I will refund you the full cost of the item through Paypal. I do my best to securely wrap my items but if something arrives broken please let me know. Please let me know no later than 48 hours of your receiving the item if you are not happy. I want to work with you so don't hesitate.
