Della-Nora's goal is to provide our customers with the best customer service and merchandise. Because many of our products are original designs and one-of-a-kind items, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable. After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged, via PayPal, at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. Because our products are one-of-a-kind and/or extremely limited quantities, there are no rainchecks or backorders. You will be notified within 24 hours of "sold out" status. If you choose to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of ordering, via e-mail at ShopDellaNora@yahoo.com.

Payment

We gladly accept payments via PayPal. No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of the state of Texas. For items that are delivered in Texas, there will be a 8.25% sales tax charge on merchandise.

We offer the following shipping options: Domestic Shipping: Standard Domestic - 5-7 day Priority - 2-3 day Express - 1 day
