welcome to my shop, I hope you find something you like. Although I started off as a jewelery shop, my real passion is knitting, and I have an obsession fingerless gloves and wrist warmers, although I do knit bags, sweaters, hats and scarves and almost everything else as well. Philosophy: I love what I do and I do what I love, I love to create new things it's a joy, when it becomes a chore I will find something else to do.

Payment

I can only accept paypal payments, but you can use paypal to pay using a credit card, you don't have to sign up with them. I also accept eCheques through paypal, but please be aware that they take several days to clear, and your item will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

Shipping

All items will be shipped by 1st class post or air mail within 48 hours of payment being received. UK customers please allow 3-7 days for your items to arrive, European customers please allow up to 3-10 days for you items to arrive. For all other International customers please allow at least 14 days and anything up to 6 weeks for your parcel to arrive, (although this is unusual unless during busy periods, such as public holidays etc) also you may have delays due to your parcel passing through customs, please be aware you will be responsible for all customs related fees. If your item has not arrived within 1 month then please contact me so we can discuss the next step.

Refund & Exchanges

If you are not entirely happy with your item then please contact me as soon as possible and we will try and work something out that suits us both. I will be happy to refund the item price on the safe arrival of the returned item, which must be shipped back to me within 7 days, although you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. I will also be happy, where possible, to send a replacement item if your item does not make it to you. please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any worries or concerns.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to do custom orders, if you would prefer something in a different colour or size then just let me know by sending me a conversation and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Please contact me for prices for wholesale orders. I consider wholesale orders to be at least 20 pairs of wrist warmers. I will also give discount's for smaller orders of over 10 pairs of wrist warmers, please contact me for further details.
