Welcome to Becksprimitvesigns aka RL Designs. My name is Becky and I live in Frankston, TX. I moved to Texas from Ohio in 2014. I have been painting and selling signs online since 2001. Recently my fourteen year old son has joined me in my little business adventure. He helps me cut the wood and base coat the boards. I do all the lettering on the signs, I hope to slowly build up our inventory with all the designs I have. I hope you enjoy looking at our signs, our pictures do not do them justice. Payment
I accept credit cards through Paypal. I also accept money orders, payment via money order must be received within 10 days after placing order. Buyer must also let me know they are sending a Money Order so I know what to expect.

Shipping
SHIPPING: I ship Priority Mail through USPS, I will provide you with a tracking number once package is shipped. All shipments are insured up to an $50.00 value for free by USPS. I give myself 1 to 2 weeks to make your sign, but if the sign is in stock then it will ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received I will let you know the time frame after you purchase your sign.

COMBINED SHIPPING: I do offer combined shipping, any overages due to shipping charges will be refunded to you, once item is shipped.

I currently charge exact shipping and the shipping is based on the weight of the sign.

HANDLING CHARGES: I do charge a handling fee of fifty cents for shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 01/06/2015 , I only ship within the United States. I do have future plans of shipping internationally.


Refund & Exchanges
RETURNS: I do offer returns for items purchased. Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping to return the item. Buyer has to return the item via Priority mail, we must be able to track the package. Buyer will be refunded the cost of sign(s) and the initial shipping cost. Buyer will not be refunded the return shipping cost. RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITIN 10 DAYS.

Please ask any questions you may have prior to your purchase. I want you to be happy with your sign so if any problems arise, contact me with your concerns. My number one goal is for you to be happy with not only your sign, but your entire experience.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS: As a seller I am not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. As stated I do provide a tracking number for your package once it ships. If your item is lost in shipping then you will need to file a claim with your local post office. Once your tracking number states the package was delivered the USPS will not let you file a claim. I have been been shipping items for several years and have never had a problem with a item being damaged in shipment, however there is always a possibility, but I do package my items very securely. I strive to insure that every package that I ship reaches it destination. My goal is to make the customer happy, bottom line, a happy customer is a return customer.

I do make custom orders, please feel free to contact me concerning special orders. Most signs I paint can be painted in your choice of color. Please ask before ordering if I can paint the color you would like.

I also can paint my current designs on a larger board, just let me know what size your would be interest in, of course there will be addition charges for larger sizes.
