| Payment Options
Full payment - All Art-dolls and Teddy Bears will be sent after your personel check or money order has been cleared by our bank. Down payment with monthly payments - (You need to e-mail us at bandmyax@gmail to work out payment plan) Art-doll or Teddy Bear – minimum of $25.00 down payment – not refundable When you have paid the last payment and it has cleared our bank we will ship the Art-doll or Teddy Bear to you. |
Shipping |
| We ship USPS or UPS 2 day air so to keep the possibility of breakage down to the minimun - all shipments of art-dolls or Teddy Bears are insured. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| You may return an items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You will pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returned art-doll or Teddy Bear have to be in the same condition as they were when they were sent to you, if not a 75% charge off on your return monies will be applied. |
