Shipping |
| Shipping will mostly be done with the US Postal Service; with UPS as needed. Our charge to you is a flat rate of $3.50 for 1 to 3 items in the same package. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| Refunds will be issued if your item arrives in a broken or unwearable condition; if your handmade piece breaks within 90 days of purchase; if a broken piece cannot be repaired or replaced, or exchanged for a different item. Because our pieces are one of a kind, no piece can be exchanged for the exact item originally purchased. We will make every effort to repair broken items and if we cannot repair it, we will offer a replacement of equal or lesser value or return your money. |
