Welcome to Artsonia-JPLIGallery The jewelries in this shop are made in the U.S.A. They are hand made from precious and semiprecious stones, decorated with precious metal, e.g sterling silver, old golden beads and classical gold ornaments. All my family members and most friends of mine love my work, I hope that you love them too.

Payment

I accept PayPal only. Payment is due at the time of purchase. International buyers will be responsible for their own customs,duties,taxes, etc. The shipping fee also includes the handling and packaging costs.

Shipping

Shipping will be sent by USPS First Class Mail . If you wish to have the item shipped by some other method, please convo your desires and I will invoice you for the difference. I accept PayPal only for purchases. All packages will be shipped to the PayPal address ONLY for the protection of the buyer and seller

Refund & Exchanges

I am very positive that you will love the item that you’ve purchased. If you are not completely satisfied, please convo me within 48 hours of receiving the item I will do my best to help you. If you need to return the item I will issue a refund minus all shipping costs. The item must be returned in it original condition with all its documents. Refunds guidelines are followed: If I sized your ring, there will be a $25 charge. If the item needs to be cleaned, there will be a $10 charge. If the item is returned without its original box, document, there will be a $15 charge. For custom orders, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Custom hats take about a month, while jewelry items take two days if I have the supplies in stock and a week and a half if I need to order supplies.
