Payment

Q: What types of payments do I accept? A: Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. You do not need to register through Paypal to use your credit card. Q: When is payment due? A: Payment is due immediately. Please note: the transaction is not complete until you make payment through PayPal or your credit card. Please follow prompts to Paypal or credit card checkout to complete the transaction and make payment. If you need help please contact me and I will be happy to guide you through the process. Q: What is your cancellation policy on custom orders? A: Unfortunately customs order are not refundable.

Shipping

Q: When will my order ship? A: Most orders will within 10 business days(weekends excluded) after payment has cleared. With certain custom orders, it may take up to 12-14 days. Q: What methods do you use for shipping? A: I ship USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation . *Please see below for additional info on International Shipping. Delivery time typically takes 5-7 business days once I put your order in the mail. International order may take up to 4 weeks. I am located in the Northeast and during winter months the weather may impact the shipping time. Q: Is Priority and Overnight delivery mail available? A: I offer priority shipping and overnight shipping for an additional cost of $10.00 plus the cost of shipping. Please contact me for pricing. Q: Do you ship internationally? A: I do ship via 1St Class International. You will receive an email with the custom #. This is not a tracking number but can help you locate your items if they are held up in customs. I am not responsible for customs fees for any country. Q: Do you offer insurance? A: Yes I do for an additional charge. We highly recommend purchasing insurance. Insurance Coverage $1.70 ................ $0.01 to $50 $2.15 ................ $50.01 to $100 $2.60 ................ $100.01 to $200 $4.60 ................ $200.01 to $300 $5.55 ................ $300.01 to $400 $6.50 ................ $400.01 to $500 $7.45 ................ $500.01 to $600 $7.45 plus $0.95 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000. If you would like insurance, please contact me before you make the purchase. Q: How do you package your items? A: My items are packed with care in tissue paper with our own label neatly wrapped or in a clear gift box. Depending on the type of item and size of your order, I will use a shipping box to protect all items.

Refund & Exchanges

Q: What is your refund/exchange policy? A: If you are not happy for any reason, you may return(except custom made) the item for a FULL REFUND (minus postage) within 7 days. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Please contact me for authorization before you make any returns. Your money will be returned once I receive the item back. Q: What is your cancellation policy on custom orders? A: Unfortunately customs order are not refundable.
