Thanks for visiting my site!

I have been a crafter for all of my life. I love to take raw supplies and turn them into spectacular, yet usable, works of art.

I primarily craft with paper and fabric, but am willing to try just about anything! Let me know if you are looking for a specific item, and I would be honored to be able to make it for you!

Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase.

I accept PayPal payments.

Items will generally ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Custom orders and orders with multiple items may take longer. Contact me ahead of time if you are concerned your items won't ship in time. I will try my best to accomodate your needs!

Payment is required up front for all orders, including custom orders. I can not begin designing a custom order until your payment has fully processed (this may take a few days if you use a process other than immediate payments through PayPal).

Items will be shipped via USPS. I will use the address associated with your PayPal account unless you tell me otherwise. Please be sure this address is updated and correct. I cannot be held responsible for replacing items that are sent to an incorrectly provided address.

I cannot guarantee the post office's shipping times. If you contact me to find out how long it will take to receive an item, I will give you my best estimate, but that is not a guarantee.

I will contact you as soon as I take the item to ship so you will have a good idea when it will arrive.

Standard USPS First Class shipping rates will be used unless otherwise specified. If you need to receive your item sooner, contact me and we will set up a shipping method that will work for you.

I always provide tracking numbers with your shipped order. However, I can omit this tracking number to help you save money on shipping. Send me a message for details.

I do not re-send items until it is very clear that they have been lost in the mail. For domestic orders, this means I will not resend items until at least 30 days after the item's original ship date. For most international orders, I will not resend orders for at least 6 weeks after the original ship date. I'm so glad you are excited to recieve your order, but please be patient. It takes time for an item to travel across the country or across the world.

International orders may be charged a customs fee at pickup. I have no control over these fees, and it is the customer's responsibilities to pay them. Please beware of this before placing an international order.

If you are concerned that your package was stolen or misplaced by the post office, please contact USPS directly and open a case with them to report mail theft. Once this has been done, send me the case number, and we will work together to solve the problem. Mail theft is a crime and should be treated as such. I cannot replace or resend your item without a case number.

Refund & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first and let me know, and we will do an exchange. Refunds are only available on unused items that have not been removed from the original packaging. No refunds will be given after 30 days of purchase date.

Additionally, if you incur a problem with any purchases within 6 months of purchase (assuming normal wear and tear), please contact me and I will gladly work with you by either sending a replacement or another item of equal value.
If you receive your item damaged, contact me immediately.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, I will communicate with you as much as necessary before purchase to ensure that what I make is what you want.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note that all computer monitors display colors differently. My computer monitor may be calibrated differently than your computer monitor, so the products you receive may vary slightly in color from what you see on your computer screen.

Because every part of the process of making my bibs is done by my own hand, the product you receive may have some very slight variations from the photos you see. I make every effort to photograph the actual bib that you are purchasing, but in some cases there will be some variation in fabric pattern placement, etc. If you are not completely satisfied when you receive your order, please let me know and I will work with you until you are satisfied.
