Payment

We accept PayPal, money orders, and certified checks. All of our prices are in USD. Orders purchased via money order or check will not be shipped until payment has arrived and cleared.

Shipping

All WoodstockNYC necklaces are shipped in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes, both domestically and internationally. Delivery confirmation is added at no additional cost to you. If you wish for your item to be shipped USPS Standard Mail, please make let us know in the "Note to Seller" and we will refund the unused portion on your shipping costs.

Refund & Exchanges

We want nothing more than for you to be 100% satisfied with your WoodstockNYC purchase. If for any reason this is the case, please contact us within one week of your package arriving. We will be happy to either adjust the item to your specifications, or refund your purchase once the item has been shipped back to us. Domestic orders must be shipped back within two weeks of delivery confirmation, and four weeks for international orders.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of WoodstockNYC's jewelry is handmade by Adam and Stephanie Marks. Our home is smoke free, but we do have a cat on the premises. While she is not an active part of our jewelry making process, please keep this in mind if you are severely allergic. We are happy to accept custom orders - please contact us with your questions, and we will do everything we can to create your dream piece of jewelry.
