Thank you and welcome! We are here to serve your decorating, collecting and gift giving fancies. We offer free personalization on the hangtag for gifting and if you like you can choose your own bible verse or say something special on the hangtag that will accompany your purchase. Every gown is freehand cut without a pattern and each design is truly one of a kind.

Payment

Currently we accept payment as standard on this site as well as Paypal.The Paypal site is very secure and safe and you can use any credit card or debit card you like.

Shipping

We take care to pack each porcelain doll in a plastic covering surrounded by bubblewrap and tissue that you can reuse in a holiday gift bag or box. We use new clean fresh boxes and take a lot of care with our wrapping. We always purchase delivery confirmation and ship priority when ever possible. We will ship USPS unless otherwise requested. We ship fastest way based on the shipping cost associated with the purchase. If you need a faster ship or prefer a different carrier we will do our best to use them although there will be an additonal appropriate cost.

Refund & Exchanges

Each item is carefully handcrafted and is one of a kind. We do our best to make sure it is as excellent as possible and we charge a more than fair price for our handmade dolls. In case of damage or loss their is no question that we will refund your purchase if it can not be retrieved. If you are somehow (and I dont think you will be) unhappy with your item please email me within 24 hours after receipt and we will make arrangements to credit you upon receipt of the undamaged item or in the case of damage by carrier we would have you place the damaged box in another box so that we can have proof for insurance purposes. The cost of return shipping for a damaged box will be covered by us any other type of returns cost will be paid by the buyer. No exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Free personalization is available on all designs. When possible I would love to do a custom angel for you. No custom orders for Christmas after Novemeber 1st. You may choose the dress color and if you like a design you see I can do my best to make it similar. I cannot do exact duplicates of any dress design, they really are one of kind. I dont like to rush my work and I dont make promises that I cant keep. I usually need at least 10 days lead time after payment. But please contact me and we can discuss it sometimes I can get it done sooner. You may choose your own scripture or just "Say what you want to Say" and you may have the giftee's name added to the hangtag. We will also ship directly to your giftee and send you a photograph of the completed doll before we ship it so that you can see her before i send it.
