Orders may not be cancelled once shipment has been made.

Virginia residents will be charged 5% sales tax.

Custom orders are payable up front and could take from 1 to 2 weeks for completion, depending on the complexity of the order, how many orders I have in the queue, and the availability of materials. PLEASE NOTE: All rings are custom orders as they are made specifically to your size. I do not keep an inventory of rings; only samples from which you can choose. Please indicate an accurate size for your ring. You may do so by sending me a email before ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: All items with a quantity of more than 1 are now custom orders and are made when a purchase occurs. I no longer keep an inventory of bracelets, earrings, or necklaces but make them as requested by purchase. The only exceptions are vintage and chainmaille items both of which are one of a kind and ready to ship.

Shipping
I ship USPS First Class and USPS Priority Small, Medium, or Large (depending on the size of the order) both domestically within the continental United States and to Canada, Australia, and Europe.

AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Australia requires all jewelry to be sent International Priority Mail Small Box. As of November 2012, the cost for this service is a direct cost from the U.S. Post Office of $16.95.

I am honest on all custom claim forms with the item and the value. Any extra fees associated with your country's custom office is the buyer's responsibility.

I do not have a specific day on which I ship but rather will ship items as soon as payment is received and clears my account and/or as soon as your item has been created, as in the case of rings and custom orders.

All packages $50 and over will be insured.

I can ship overnight, two-day, or through your preferred carrier for an additional charge if you contact me before purchasing an item.

Refund & Exchanges
Personalized items and custom orders (see above for definition of custom orders), including rings, are non-returnable unless damaged in transit or defective through some error of mine. I am not responsible for inaccurate ring sizes. Only you are responsible for having your ring size accurately measured and indicated to me.

All other items are returnable for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back unless the return is due to some fault of mine or if the item arrives damaged.

If an item is damaged in shipping, please send the damaged item in its original damaged container or packaging back to me so that I can collect the insurance. I will, in the event of damaged goods, credit you for return postage.

When returning an undamaged item, it must be packaged in the same manner in which it arrived to you.

Additional Policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders (please see payment policy for definition of custom orders) but because I want your order to be perfect, custom orders can take up to two weeks to produce and ship out. The time frame will depend on the complexity of the item, the availability of raw materials, and how many orders I have in the queue at the time of your order. I will do my best to give you a general idea of the date of shipment and will always contact you on the day I ship your item out.

Please keep that time line in mind when ordering. If you have a deadline for a custom order, I will do my utmost to accommodate you and get your items to you on time.

Please note that all my rings and all items with a quantity of more than 1 are considered custom orders. I do not keep a stock inventory of rings but rather have samples of each style from which you can choose. Once ordered, your ring is made specifically to your size. Therefore it is important that you indicate an accurate size for your ring either in an email to me before ordering or at the time of checkout. If you are unsure of your ring size, take a short visit to your local jeweler who will measure your ring finger for free. Be sure to have measured the finger upon which you intend to wear the ring (for example, you may prefer to wear some of my rings on your thumb. In that case, please have your thumb size measured). I will accurately size your ring to the size you indicate and will not be responsible for any inaccuracies on your part. If you do not contact me with your size, I will make every effort to contact you through an email to obtain your size. However, if I receive no response by the time I start production of the ring, you will receive a generic size 7 for women and a size 9.5 for men. If you are ordering from outside of the United States, please tell me upon which country's size chart you are relying so that I may make an appropriate conversion. As an example, U.S. ring sizes are numeric, United Kingdom sizes are alphabetic. Once I know the UK size, I can convert it to a numeric size and create an accurately sized ring for you.

PLEASE READ: Because my rings are handmade and made especially for you, the ring you receive may not look exactly like the sample ring pictured in my shop. This is because it is impossible to accurately recreate the exact look of the sample ring. Please be assured that the style of your ring will be as close as humanly possible to the sample ring you see in my shop. You will be happy to know that, because of this, your ring will be uniquely yours: no one else will have one exactly like it.
