Payment
I accept Paypal. If your item(s) are not paid for within 3 days of check out, the sale will be cancelled and the item(s) relisted. Please contact me if you have any trouble checking out. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase and item with paypla. You can pay directly with a credit card.
All North Carolina residents will be charged state and local tax of 7.25%.

Please note that custom made orders will not be started until payment is received in full or half if agreed upon.

Shipping
I ship USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation within the US. Insurance is available for an extra fee. If you need an item sooner, please contact me for priority or Next day shipping pricing.

All in stock or OOAK items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Made to order Items will take 3-4 days. Custom orders will be shipped within the agreed upon time, after receipt of payment. We will discuss timing as it can be from 2 days to 3 weeks, pending what you are needing and how many.

International orders are welcome. All international orders are shipped USPS First Class Parcel or package. Unfortunately, the tracking on isn't the best at all but will be provided. If you would prefer Priority Shipping, please contact me prior to purchasing. I will see what options we have.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs officials to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchase.

Refund & Exchanges
My number one goal is customer satisfaction, so I hope you will be thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item that you are not 100% completely satisfied with, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a timely return of the item for an in store credit. Shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Should the unfortunate event of an item breaking in transit, contact me asap with photos of the item and we will working something out. Be it refund, repair or replacement.

If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, please contact me before doing anything else.
