Shipping

Purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days once the payment was received and cleared. *** Orders will be packed nicely and secure with felt padded inside paper pillow gift packaging from Tree Craft Diary. *** Items are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia via Pos Indonesia for country outside Indonesia. I use registered mail and will provide the tracking number for you to track the status of the purchased item. It would be most worthwhile to combine items to save on shipping costs. For the item shipped through Airmail, will usually take about 7-15 working days for Asia Pacific customers and 10-25 working days of the shipping time for other destination countries (Europe and America). *** For buyers who want to receive your orders quicker, please let me know before purchasing, I can ship it via EMS (Express Mail Service) which will only take about 3-5 days to arrive. Additional shipping cost will be added. *** International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. Refund & Exchanges

I want all my customers to have a good shopping with Tree Craft Diary. If for some reasons you are not satisfied with your purchased, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it. If it is postmarked within 7 days of receiving it and returned in the same condition it was shipped, you will be refunded the full price of the item, less shipping, or we can offer an exchange with other item. Regrettably, neither the original shipping cost nor your return shipping cost is refundable. In such case, please contact me before returning the item.
