Return: Yes, only within 14 Days Refund: Money Back If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it, and I will refund your money (excluding shipping and handling fees). No refunds can be granted over the phone. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 14 days from the original shipping date. Products eligible for return must be new, unused, unaltered and contain all original product packaging and all original tags still attached. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return. Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Any item(s) not in original condition, or any item(s) that has (have) been damaged upon return to T & J Crafts will not be refunded. This includes any pet and smoke odors, stains or signs of use. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to T & J Crafts. All shipping fees and/or costs are non-refundable. T & J Crafts will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned merchandise that has not been insured. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise to T & J Crafts Credit card refunds will be posted only to the same credit card used in original purchase.
