Welcome
Panoptic Arts is all about making everything handmade for those who love art and would love to support artist like myself. I am dedicated to creating perfect art and perfecting my skills. I accept challenges from others as it is a way to help me expand and improve on my skills. So please do not be afraid to reach out to me for any idea you have even if you are not interested in buying anything. It’ll give me a chance to grow and improve. Payment
Payment methods will be through paypal as the website handmade artist only provides me with that option. However, I do accept credit cards and debit cards. I charge FL taxes for all of my orders as part of the law of the state of FL. I just started doing my own payment plan thing where I send you an invoice every month for an item you are interested in buying slowly before I ship that item out to you. If you are interested, please let me know so that I can give you the detail.

Shipping
All items will be shipped out 1 to 3 business days from the date the order was placed. Special orders will be shipped out 14 days of the date the order was placed to give time for the item to be properly made before being shipped out. Currently, Panoptic Arts is only shipping in the USA. Please contact the store if you are in need of shipment outside of the USA, such as Canada.

Refund & Exchanges
There will be no refunds for special orders and earrings (due to sanitary reasons). All other items refund will be given to customers by request if item arrives broken or is not of customers satisfaction. Broken items at the time of arrival will need to be proven with photos or a video of the package being opened at the time the item was received to protect both the customers loyalty and the store. 

Additional Policies and FAQs
Orders must be cancelled 48 hours to prevent items from being shipped out. Orders are typically shipped out 1 to 3 business days unless the order is a custom order. All custom orders will need to be cancelled within 3 business days of the date the order was placed. If item arrives broken, please provide proof item arrived broken with pictures in order to qualify for an exchange. If the customer is not fully satisfied with the item received, customer has the chance of contacting the store to request a special order of what they’d like and get an exchange. All returns will be at the customers expense unless item falls under the no refund policy. Items that fall under the no refund cannot and will not be returned unless it is a figure, home decor, or sculpture that somehow has broke during shipment. Once again, proof will need to be provided in order to qualify for a return at the stores expense and receive a proper exchange.
