Shipping Policy Chit Chats is our primary shipping carrier and our base shipping location is from our office/showroom. We have defined multiple rates based on the shipping address and on the order content. We offer the following shipping methods and rate by shipping destinations. We also use DHL Express for international shipping. Within Canada: $11.77 Fixed Rate Shipping - Regular Parcel US: $6.28 Fixed Rate Shipping - Tracked Package International: $15.31 Fixed Rate Shipping - Tracked Package Please be aware that ANY shipment travelling internationally via a courier service may incur import duties and/or taxes at the destination country. Please note that we have zero control over how much your country charges on imports.

Refund & Exchanges

Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If a product does not meet your expectations you can return the unused product in the original condition and packaging, within 14 days from the date of purchase, along with the original receipt. Please contact us promptly before you ship the product and provide the details of the product and reason for your return. A Customer Service Representative will follow up with you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Return a Damaged/Defective Product In a rare instance of this happening, if a product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and within 14 days from the date of purchase. A Customer Service Representative will follow up with you. The gold items and products that have been customized to your own specifications may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
