Welcome to Shael Designs, In this shop you will find Affordable, unique, handcrafted, one of a kind pieces of jewelry, that have been carefully thought through, hand assembled work of arts, that can easily be worn for all occassions. All jewelry are made in and shipped from North Carolina USA

Payment

I will be accepting, PayPal and USPS money orders and Personal checks, ( contact me if you are sending money order and checks, so I know it is on its way). Your order will be shipped when payment is received, and checks are cleared. If payment is not received in a reasonable manner, ( 24 hours for paypal...5 days for checks), I will have the right to cancel order and put items up for sale.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS, in an envelope package to the address given. If you wish to have the items insuraned please contact me, so i can give you the exact quote for the insured item.

Refund & Exchanges

Please note, item must be return undamaged in same packaging. Please send an email of its return, so I know it is coming. We will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address or lost in the mail. Because each piece are one of a kind, please take your time when choosing, exchange and refunds will be made on Jewelry within 14 business days. When returning items, have it to be in the original shipping package and please notify me of the return so I can expect its delivery.

When photographing the pictures, I use daylight, and try my very best to make the photos look as accurate as possible. *Privacy Policy* As a Buyer of Shael Designs your personal information: Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by you solely for completing the order, will not be sold to any other vendors. If you have any questions or need any information about any of my items, please do not hesitate to drop my a line. Most items come packaged in either zipped plastice bags or dispaly cases, wrapped in bubble wrap enclosed in a bubbler mailer to prevent damage and to secure delivery. All my items are hand-crafted and hand-assembled in my smoke-free, pet-free workshop.
