Welcome to Soulfulwindsdesigns. We are a family based shop that creates unique handmade items for you. We are both retired and have found something together that we can do and find peace and comfort as we create for you. We have two white poodles that lie at our feet while we work on our craft. Shipping

Processing time: The itme we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Custom and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please ship items back within 30 days of delivery. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items or they arrive damaged or defective. I can't accept returns for: custom or personalized orders, perishable products (like food or flowers), digital downloads, and intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
