We accept PayPal payments, if you don't have a PayPal account please scroll down on payment page and click "I don't have PayPal" you'll be directed to a pay with credit card page.

Shipping

We ship with Canada Post Light Packet, Small Packet, and Expedited Parcel with 7-12 business days delivery time on the North American continent. International shipment might be longer, depend on the size and delivery method.We'll ship the purchased item(s) within 1 day from payment confirmation.

Refund & Exchanges

Most of the item what we sell on this shop is very fragile. We have a large supply of packaging material ( styrofoam,peanuts,bubble wrap) to make sure the product is safely packed.We print our shipping label, so no other hand is touching the inside of the package. We guarantee the packaging ( after all it's our revenue) If the item arrive broken or damaged, return it in the same packaging( to claim insurance) If you feel cheated,mislead, or just simply don't like the item you received, return it within 3 days of receipt, in same condition for a 100% refund or exchange for another similar priced item. Return shipping is the buyer expense.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We take custom order, for sculptures and carvings. We have to discuss details before carving begin. I'll send progress pictures ( daily if necessary), and before shipping the finished item. In case if you don't like it at receiving, I offer a 50% refund when the item sent back to me.
