Thank you for your interest in our handmade newborn bracelets. We have many to choose from including unique bracelets for both boys and girls. Every one is made with a 1" extension and comes with a jewelry box for safe storage. We can make any bracelet into a toddler bracelet at no extra cost. Contact us for any special requests. Bulk orders are always welcome.

Payment

All payments can be made through Paypal. Paypal does offer the option to pay by eCheck. If you choose eCheck there will be a delay in shipping. Once payment has been cleared orders will be shipped the next day. eChecks take 3-5 days to clear.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped through. U.S. Postal Service. Mailed within 24-48 hrs. the next day after 4:30pm. Orders are sent 1st class USPS Tracking. Delivery usually takes 3- 4 days. ** ALL International Sales: your order will be shipped the next day after 4:30pm. We will send a Customs Tracking Number that with your shipping notification. Delivery usually takes 5- 10 working days. It would be best to give customs at least 2 - 3 weeks before contacting us. During the Holiday Season please allow up to 3 weeks for Delivery. Once package leaves customs we are no longer responsible for delivery. Need a Rush Order or maybe you need 5 or more bracelets we can do this, just let us know. USPS - Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. We pay for shipping on bulk orders.

Refund & Exchanges

If an item is damaged during delivery email me within 24 hrs. after receiving the bracelet for a replacement. If for any reason your not happy with your order e-mail me within 30 days and we will either replace, exchange, and/ or refund your money, whichever you prefer. If you choose to return or exchange the bracelet it must be sent the same way you received it. (Tracking) A replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive the exchange bracelet. We pay for return shipping as soon as we receive the bracelet back.

Bulk orders - ( 5 or more items ) 20% off and Free Shipping. For U.S. residences large orders are shipped in flat rate boxes. Most of the time delivery takes 3 - 4 days. We personally deliver bulk orders to local shops in Benton and Washington Counties. Email us if interested in placing an order. LOCAL RESIDENCES of Benton and Washington counties we can meet in town.
