Hi Everyone! It is my philosophy that the term "handmade" should mean what it implies. To me, that means that I have made something unique - I have not followed a commercial pattern. The design of something, that is, the way I have combined the materials to work together, the pattern I have used, is one that I have thought of - not copied from someone else, or used a commercial pattern or directions from someone else for a particular product. Handmade does not mean that I must gather the wool from a sheep, spin it into yarn or make it into a woolen fabric, then make a woolen bag in order to call it "handmade" - although one could certainly do that. I take "handmade" to mean something as described within reasonable bounds. Handmade is not something made en-masse in a factory by assembly line workers. Yes, those workers are using their "hands", but to me, handmade means that you think of an idea, and you personally execute that idea, from start to finish. That is what you will find in my shop - products designed and made by me.

Payment

I am currently accepting payments through Paypal.

Shipping

I ship via USPS and always provide tracking with shipment. I currently do not sell or ship anywhere except within the continental United States.

Refund & Exchanges

After 90 days, all sales are final. Proof of loss or damage not caused by the customer's own misuse, carelessness, etc., failures due to inherent flaws must be provided before any money is refunded. Any damage, loss, etc. that appears to be intentionally caused will be questioned, and will require that the item be sent to me for inspection before any refund is given.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I can custom design a handbag or bracelet for you, within certain parameters. We will need to communicate back and forth, perhaps send pictures, etc.. I will not copy another designer or artist, as that is copyright infringement, so don't ask me to make a bag that looks like a Gucci! :)
