PayPal and other credit cards accepted.
Upon purchase, you will receive an invoice from PayPal.
Sales Tax ~ Rain Dropps charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate.

Shipping will generally be through USPS.
I will ship within one to three working days after receiving payment.
I only ship with in the US.
I recommend insurance with every purchase, but do not require it.
As such, I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Please note, If I decide to start accepting custom orders the "one to three day shipment" policy might not apply. I will email you to advise as to how many days it will take to ship your order.

Refund & Exchanges
In the event your item arrives and it does not meet your expectation please contact me to see if we can resolve your issue in a peaceful positive manner at:
Refunds are accepted within seven days of purchase with proper return authorization. Each item is handmade and are not perfect pieces in the commercial sense, I am happy to refund if it is a reasonable problem.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges. I refund through PayPal.
In the event you decide that the item does not meet your expectation, please review the following for a successful refund:
Confirm your request for a refund by obtaining a return authorization from Rain Dropps.
I will not consider a refund if the item is shipped back without prior authorization.
I will email you a return authorization form. This return authorization form must accompany the item you are returning.
Before I agree to a refund, I would be interested to know about your dissatisfaction, and have the opportunity to address your concern and correct to satisfy your purchase if at all possible.
Also, I will need to receive the item for inspection along with return authorization form before a refund can be made.
Unfortunately, I cannot complete the refund if the item has been lost in the shipping process, or if sent to a wrong address; please be sure to verify the return address for Rain Dropps.
Buyer pays all shipping costs for the refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs
I sometimes re-use gently worn, clean, recycled materials in my packaging, such as plastic, paper bags, newspapers and various types of boxes that are also clean and in good condition, this keeps the delivery costs down as well as helps the environment.

I take pride in the craftsmanship and anticipate that the buyer is as enthusiastic in selecting the items they purchase for themselves or for that special someone.
