Hi! I'm a carefree sole that loves the beautiful things in life. I'm constantly creating in my spare time. I love feathers and the feeling of freedom and beauty they bring when I adorn them. My creations are handcrafted using a time consuming special techique to keep feathers from shedding. I only use real feathers, and they can be expensive because they are not cheap to aquire thanks to the hair industry. My items are made to order, but I keep the original pair of each design for reference that I wear myself:) I do sell on other sites, and have 100% possitive feedback on them. I also love custom work and bringing your ideas to life, and can make matching pairs for your friends, or bridal party.

Payment

PayPal is the only form of payment accepted at this time. All my items are made to order and take about 3-7 days to create after payment is received. If you paid with a echeck, I can not start your order until payment is cleared(3-5days).

Shipping

I ship via USPS with delivery confirmation(for domestic order). I ship to the address on file with paypal, so please make sure it is correct. All items are shipped in a gift box and bubble mailer, and multiple items are shipped in the same box when possible. Please contact me if you need more boxes. INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via USPS first class, and can take 10 days to 6 weeks. The shipping time depends on delays with countries customs. Tracking is not available for international shipments because of the high cost. I do put your customs form number into PayPal tracking so you have it for your records. I do not mark gift on the customs form, and the buyer is response ble for any duty fees.

Refund & Exchanges

Refunds are not available for a "lost" package when delivery is confirmed. Because of the nature of my items, returns are not accepted. Under certain circumstances I bend the rules....contact me, I'm very nice:) and I want you to love your purchase.
