Payment

Payment will be accepted via Paypal. Prices listed are in US dollars. You may cancel your order before shipping, but once shipped, payment will not be refunded until the item is returned in the same condition it was sent. Payment is due before item will be shipped.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Due to the cost of shipping, items will be sent by "letter mail" unless otherwise requested. The cost of shipping for faster delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. Letter mail can take up to 10 days in Canada, depending on your location. For outside of Canada, I can't quote a wait time. I'm happy to keep in touch via email to let you know when your purchase was delivered.

Refund & Exchanges

We’re striving to have 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy and enjoy your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please return it within 2 weeks of receiving it, in the same condition it was sent to you, and we will refund you your purchase cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We’ll accept custom orders on items you see listed, and do our best to create what you’re looking for. There is no additional charge for a custom order. Custom orders are returnable if they are not personalized; your refund will be for the cost of the item only. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
