I am a glass bead artist first and foremost, but I also create jewelry designs utilizing my handmade beads. I also design clothing, purses and other accessories from vintage materials and utilize my glass art buttons and beads as a part of the over-all design.

Payment

Paypal payments (including major credit cards via paypal) are accepted. Payment must be made within 24 hours of sale. Taxes for North Carolina residents will be charged at 6.75%.

Shipping

Shipping is via USPS standard mail within the USA, priority, flat rate priority, insured, or registered shipping is also available within the USA for an additional fee. International shipping is available via USPS flat rate priority only and the fee is determined upon your actual shipping address. Please provide address for final invoice prior to making payment. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund & Exchanges

Returns are accepted, however, a request for authorization to return the item must be made within 24 hours of you receipt of same. Item must be postmarked and returned in the same unused condition within 48 hours of authorization at buyer's expense. No refunds or exchanges will be made on broken, damaged, or lost items due to shipping without proper insurance. It is your responsibility to notify Peraza Beads and the US postal office delivering your goods of any such damage, broken or lost items and to maintain such item in the event it is needed to support the claim. Refunds of these items will be made only after successful settlement of the claim.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my glass art is properly kiln annealed, however, in the unlikely event of cracking under normal use due to defective materials within 6 months of sale, I will gladly exchange your item for another similar design of equal value. Please note that although some beads are similar, each bead is a one-of-a-kind work of art, and may not be identical to the item being replaced. Remember, most of my items are or contain glass components and are not intended for children. Custom and wholesale work is also available. Please contact me for details.
